Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to thedailynewspoint0@gmail.com that includes:

2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. The exact URL of the content on our site you want removed.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review complete notices promptly. If valid, we remove or disable access to the content and may notify the person who posted it. We may restore content if a valid counter-notice is received and the claimant does not take legal action.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, email us with your contact details, the location of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
